Fridays in Dubai,
a day that many of us look forward to , a day of sleeping in ,lazing around in
jammies, just enjoying that feeling of not needing to do anything. Friday Breakfast, some time ago, used to
always be a South Indian one . Idly /dosa /vada at the neighborhood Sangeetha restaurant or Saravana Bhavan .Just
a 10 minute drive to fill our stomachs with the crispy papery Dosa , the mildly
spicy sambar and the inconsistent tomato
chilly chutney. We would wait
impatiently
